Welcome to Ostral

 

 

Founded by Philippe Soria  in 2004, Ostral started as an IT consulting service provider on Sydney’s Northen Beaches.

In 2006 Ostral Pty Ltd was incorporated and offered multilingual technical support to clients ranging from small business operators to large corporate IT companies such as Infomedia Ltd.

 

In 2008, Ostral launched Orbweaver and focused on website development and web hosting for sole traders and small businesses along with the launch of the Businesscardbox: an iPhone application to manage clients contacts, quotes and invoices from one single dashboard.

Orbweaver later found commercial applications in the finance industry with the development of an online system used by financial advisors.

 

In 2012, Ostral relocated from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Byron Bay and contributed to the development of four businesses:

Whilst each entity runs independently sometimes managed by third parties, Ostral handles most of the backend operations of each entities:

The business was initially launched through the drop shipping platform hardtofind.com.au in 2013 with a range of skateboard related products: custom printed skateboards, laser engraved skateboards as well as skateboard shelves.
