Ostral, founded by Philippe Soria in 2004, initially operated as an IT technical support service provider in Sydney, Australia.
In 2008, the company expanded its services and introduced Businessbox, a web agency located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Alongside this, Ostral developed the Businessbox CRM, a comprehensive solution that streamlines client management, including contacts, quotes, and invoices, all accessible from a single dashboard. Over time, the CRM’s commercial applications expanded to the finance industry, where it became the foundation for the portfolio tracker system utilized by financial advisors.
Today, Ostral has shifted its offices to Byron Bay and specializes in offering e-commerce backend operation services a portfolio of Sydney based providers and local Byron Bay online stores. Furthermore, the company actively engages in managing projects and stays at the forefront of innovative technologies. They provide drone aerial imagery services, catering to the needs of local businesses and government agencies.
