Foundling is an ethical brand created in 2013 located in Byron Bay NSW.
Foundling required the services of a company to control the backend of the business:
- to design and develop the website on Shopify ,
- to integrate with Mailchimp and capture clients emails,
- to set up email marketing campaigns,
- to set up accounts and integrate with accounting software XERO
- to manage inventory and dispatch on various online platforms: Hardtofind , Etsy , Shopify
- to fulfil orders using eParcel
- to manage search engine marketing activities including Adwords campaigns.
What we did:
Ostral developed foundling website and created a custom online system including functionalities to optimise the day to day operations of the business.

Our approach:
Ostral used a consultative approach to design a functional website using the Shopify platform. Ostral analysed and managed the day to day business operations to develop an online system that communicates with existing online platforms.
The system reduced time consuming activities such as managing stock, fulfilling orders and optimising daily bookkeeping tasks.
